Why is it worth buying from European online shops?
European online shops offer far more choice than the local market: brands that aren't sold in Georgia, original products and frequent discounts. The problem is that many shops don't deliver to Georgia, or charge a lot to ship there.
This is where Nerse helps — the item arrives at our address in Poland and is then sent to Georgia as a parcel.
How does ordering work?
The process is simple and takes just a few steps:
1
Choose the item you want in any European online shop.
2
Send us the item's link and the details: size, colour, quantity.
3
We agree with you on the item's price and the delivery cost.
4
We help you place the order and make sure the item arrives at our address in Poland.
5
The item is shipped from Poland to Georgia as a parcel and handed over to you.
A parcel reaches Georgia in about 2 weeks — depending on how long the shop takes to deliver the item to our address in Poland.
Which shops can I order from?
You can order from any online shop that delivers within Poland — both Polish shops (for example, Allegro) and other European platforms such as Zalando or Amazon.pl. Many shops deliver within Poland for free or for a token fee, which lowers the total cost.
What should I check before ordering?
Size: European sizes can differ — check the shop's size chart before you order.
Returns: returning an item from abroad is difficult, so read the product description carefully before ordering.
Restricted items: some items can't be shipped — for example, medicines and items prohibited by law. Before ordering, check what can be sent.
Fragile items: glass and other fragile items must be packed properly so they aren't damaged in transit.
What affects the price?
The final cost is made up of the item's price, delivery from the shop to our address in Poland (if there is a charge) and shipping from Poland to Georgia, which depends on the parcel's weight.
Send us the item's link and we'll calculate the exact price. Call us on +48 534 960 700 or message us on Facebook.
What should I know about customs rules?
A parcel for a private individual worth no more than 300 GEL and weighing no more than 30 kg is exempt from customs duty.
If the parcel is worth more than 300 GEL, 18% VAT and a customs clearance fee are charged. In that case you'll need the shop's invoice and proof of payment, so keep your order receipt.
Customs rules can change — check the Revenue Service website rs.ge for the latest information.
